Window Cleaning

Glass is most beautiful clean and clear. From a basic wash to water stain removal, from the storefront around the corner to the condo on the 60th floor, our job is to clear your view by cleaning your windows. We can do that in one of the following ways.

Basic Wash

With a basic wash we start off by spraying the windows with fresh cleaning solution. Indoors we use a light sprayer, whereas when outdoor spraying, it will depend mostly on the amount of soil that needs to be removed from the glass, and can range from a light pressure sprayer to something capable of spraying larger quantities of cleaning solution on to larger areas more effectively for heavier washing and to clear windows needing a double wash to remove heavy soiling from long periods without cleaning, or for example construction debris.

A traditional window washers T-Bar wrapped with a washing sleeve is then used to wash the glass, and loosen any remaining soil. At times a little extra spraying is needed, and then the glass is worked with a squeegee. Excess water is toweled off, as well as any remaining marks, to close out the basic wash. A double wash is just that, we go at it twice. If upon completing the first wash there was too much soiling on the glass to run it off completely, a second wash may be necessary to get the glass clear. The results of a good wash are undeniable and as long as there aren’t any hard water stains or first/second stage corrosion, the glass should look amazing. So amazing in fact that it should seem at times as if it’s not even there.
